Returns & Exchanges Policy – Tahani Flowers
Thank you for shopping with Tahani Flowers. We want you to be completely happy with your order.
1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items (Bouquets, Plants, Cakes, Chocolates, Fruits, etc.)
Since fresh flowers and other perishable items are highly time-sensitive and cannot be reused:
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once the order has been delivered.
- In case of any quality issue (wilted flowers, damaged bouquet, wrong item delivered), please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund/store credit after verification.
2. Artificial Flowers, Vases, Gifts & Non-Perishable Items
These items are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Product must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags and invoice.
- Return Shipping: Customer has to bear the return shipping cost.
- Refund Process: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
3. When Return/Exchange is NOT Possible (for any product)
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging, tags, or invoice is missing.
- Perishable/fresh items after 6 hours of delivery.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Orders marked as “delivered” but customer claims non-delivery without proof.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our team will guide you through the process.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any return/exchange request based on the above policy.
