2. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are managed and collected directly by our third-party logistics/delivery partners. Tahani Flowers is not responsible for and does not profit from the delivery fees shown. These charges vary depending on location, delivery time slot, and order value.

3. Delivery Attempts & failed Delivery

• Our delivery partner will make one attempt to deliver the order.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner will try to contact the recipient or the sender.
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, re-delivery charges will apply and are to be paid directly to the delivery partner.

4. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee 100% fresh flowers upon delivery. In the rare case of any quality issue, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will replace or refund the order (conditions apply).

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 6 hours before the selected delivery time slot.
• No changes or cancellations are possible for same-day or midnight deliveries once the order is confirmed.

6. Force Majeure

Tahani Flowers and its delivery partners shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to natural calamities, strikes, traffic restrictions, bad weather, or any event beyond reasonable control.
