By placing an order on www.tahaniflowers.com (or any Tahani Flowers platform), you agree to the following terms:

General
All products and services are provided by Tahani Flowers (operated by the registered business entity).
We reserve the right to change prices, product details, offers, and these terms without prior notice.

Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of flowers/products.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.

Delivery
Delivery is performed by third-party logistics partners. Tahani Flowers is not responsible for delivery charges, delays, or issues caused by the delivery partner.
Delivery time slots are estimated and not guaranteed.
The recipient’s correct address and contact number must be provided. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete details.

Fresh Flowers & Perishables
Minor variations in colour, flower type, or arrangement may occur due to seasonal availability. We will substitute with equal or higher value flowers while maintaining the overall look and feel.
Fresh flowers are perishable; no returns or refunds after successful delivery (please see Returns & Exchanges Policy).

Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 6 hours before the chosen delivery slot.
Same-day and midnight orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.

Intellectual Property
All content, images, designs, and text on this website belong to Tahani Flowers and cannot be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Tahani Flowers will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or emotional damages arising from the use of our products/services.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

Privacy
Your personal information is safe with us and will only be used for order processing and communication (see our Privacy Policy).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Bangalore].
